Hello, my name is Bart Suichies

I am chief tech officer, platform architect and digital strategist based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. I connect the dots between the digital and the real world and specialize in aligning business strategies with creative technical solutions.

I devise strategies, build platforms and manage creative teams in challenging, open-ended environments. The last few years, I have been focusing on digital product management and mobile developments in the media-sector, but in general I love to develop new concepts that seamlessly merge the real world with the digital world.

This sometime requires getting my hands dirty on some code. During my study Technology Management in Groningen, I have taught myself some basic coding skills (php, mysql, html & javascript), which I continuously try to improve and expand (with stuff like Node.Js, Mongo, Phonegap, Soap, etc) in my personal projects. These projects have often proved to be a perfect playground for some rapid prototyping and experimenting with new concepts and ideas. Also, they have led to a deeper understanding of the current technology stack.
